There is a 7-day money back guarantee on all purchases. Refunds may also be considered past 7 days if you are unable to get the script working even after receiving support.
Refund requests must be submitted via the Discord support server with your order number and a description of the issue.
If you are unsure whether a product fits your server setup, ask in Discord before purchasing.
All payments are handled by Tebex, a third-party platform. Moe Software does not store payment details. By completing checkout, you agree to Tebex's own terms of service and privacy policy in addition to these terms. Resources are delivered to your CFX account and are accessible at portal.cfx.re/assets/granted-assets.
Some resource files are protected via CFX escrow. Config files, job settings, and user-facing customization remain editable.
You may not resell, redistribute, leak, or share Moe Software resources with any third party. Doing so constitutes a violation of these terms and will result in permanent license revocation with no refund.
Leaked or redistributed resources will result in immediate license revocation and may be subject to legal action.
Filing a chargeback for a delivered digital product constitutes fraud in most jurisdictions and will result in an immediate permanent ban from all Moe Software products and services. Contact us via Discord before initiating a chargeback, we are happy to work toward a fair resolution.
All updates to purchased resources are provided free of charge to existing customers. This includes bug fixes, new features, and compatibility updates. There will never be a paid upgrade, a paid version 2, or any other upsell for any existing resource.
Purchasing a resource includes documentation and Discord support for setup questions and confirmed bugs. Custom edits, third-party conflicts, and full server debugging are not included unless agreed separately.
